I am currently accepting new clients in 2026.
Individuals
I have served individuals in many different stages of life including those experiencing anxiety, depression, shame, body image issues, relationships issues, and trauma.
I use a holistic (mind, body, heart) and integrative approach to help people make sense of the stories they tell themselves and if necessary to help them establish truer more compassionate versions of these. My lens is attachment-focused and trauma informed. Individual therapy is experiential and custom to your needs.
Couples
I support couples navigating a range of challenges including relational distress from infidelity, loss, life transitions, communication issues, emotional distance, and struggles with trust or intimacy—whether physical, emotional, or sexual. In our work together, my goal is for you both to feel truly seen and heard. I create a safe space where we can explore the patterns in your relationship that keep you stuck.
Through a modality called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we will dive beneath the surface issues to uncover the core emotions—fear, shame, or longing—that drive your interactions. By understanding these deeper feelings, you’ll both develop a more compassionate honest connection to self and other. EFT helps couples break free from negative cycles and fosters a renewed sense of tenderness, understanding, and intimacy.
INTRODUCING
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
When we face emotional pain or trauma, we often develop protective patterns of behavior that help us cope and feel safe. While these defenses are often necessary for survival, they can also prevent us from fully healing and accessing all parts of ourselves. Traditional talk therapy can help us explore these barriers, but ketamine can accelerate the process, allowing clients to directly experience stuck emotion and release these protective patterns. Rather than simply imagining new ways of being, ketamine allows you to feel them in an embodied way, often leading to a deeper sense of self.
In this expanded state, many clients report experiencing greater emotional clarity, enhanced creativity, and an increased ability to let go of limiting beliefs and old patterns—all within a safe, supportive therapeutic environment. The psychotherapy portion of our work will help you examine, understand, and work with these emotions and insights as they arise. Together we will make sense of your experience, help you process what’s coming up, helping you integrate this wisdom into your daily life. Overtime, KAP may help expand your sense of self and re-connect you with your inner healing intelligence. This can lead to long-lasting transformation as you nurture a trusting relationship to self. Throughout the process, I will provide safety, support, dialogue, and containment to help you navigate this process.
Preparation Sessions:
Treatment will include three 50-minute sessions via zoom or in person. In these sessions we will establish a clear understanding of your goals and intentions for the KAP process. We’ll also explore any concerns, desires, or emotional material that may arise. These sessions create a foundation of safety, trust, and mutual understanding, ensuring that you feel fully informed and supported before the dosing experience begins.
Dosing Sessions:
Treatment will include three 3-hour dosing sessions that will take place in person. Clients will receive specific instructions on what to bring to session.
Integration Sessions:
Treatment will include three 50-minute integration sessions to explore and process the insights and experiences you had. The goal of these sessions is to help you understand and integrate what emerged during the ketamine experience, making the wisdom gained accessible and useful in your everyday life. Together, we will work to translate the insights into lasting, embodied changes, helping you feel more aligned with your true self and empowered to move forward with clarity.
Participants will have a medical consult before treatment to assure they are a good fit. This initial consult with the prescribing physician is $250. Participants will be prescribed enough sub-lingual ketamine lozenges for the 3 dosing sessions. Approximate cost of the prescription is $55.
